It's hard to believe it's already the end of July! We were supposed to ride into Sturgis today but it was so hot out we decided to get off the road so we are in Gillette, WY. We left this morning and headed straight to the Harley dealership in Casper to get Bob's headlight replaced. While there Chucko was wheeling and dealing with one of the salesman there and almost purchased another bike. Personally, I think he likes his bike too much to get rid of it! Once we finished there we were on the road. Boy did it get hot fast After we checked into our motel we started talking with this couple from Canada who had driven down to Sturgis for the bike rally; unfortunately, they had the dates wrong so they can only stay for one and a half days...what a bummer!! Tomorrow we get to Sturgis...no if, ands, or buts about it!!
